powered by alternative energies and the installation of infrastructures for
recharging electrical units , among other sections; the plan is endowed with 45
million euros, and will be distributed by the Autonomous Communities.
This is
MOVES (Efficient and Sustainable Mobility Incentive Program) and encompasses
all types of vehicles, from bicycles to trucks.
Regarding
transport, the incentive ranges grantsfor truck drivers to buy a truck from 5,000 euros for an electric light vehicle
to 15,000 euros for a heavy transport vehicle .
The
scrapping of an N1 vehicle (up to 3.5 tons of MMA) older than seven years is
made a condition to subsidize the purchase of the new one. In addition,
manufacturers, vehicle importers or points of sale must add a minimum discount
of 1,000 euros on the invoice.
From now
on, the Autonomous Communities will have to regulate and call the terms for
granting aid.

It
should be noted that of the total amount of 45 million euros, only between 20%
and 50% of this amount will be used for the acquisition of vehicles , with a
maximum of 10% for heavy vehicles powered by liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). )
and liquefied natural gas (LNG) or compressed (CNG) . Between 30% and 60% of
the budget will have the purpose of installing electric recharging points .
